Jaqueline gets to prioritise her "me time" at 5 am before she starts the rush of work because she is a morning person. She says it gives her a sense of productivity and freshness, providing her a day's worth of activity.

She is fully awakened by a strong black coffee or bullet as she enjoys the view from her balcony and absorbs the serenity and calm of the morning. She enjoys planning her day's tasks in a journal while drinking her coffee.

She is prepared to hit the gym or go for a run around 5:45 in the morning. Her morning training usually begins with some leg exercises using weights or resistance bands, depending on the day. She is an expert at Pilates, weight lifting, aerobics, gymnastics, HIIT, and, of course, dance, so we all turn to her for motivation. The next thing is a morning brisk stroll to get some fresh air.
